4) Tanja Engelberts, Erik Kok, Rudi Bastiaans

At the Haus der Niederlande in Münster, SNAP 2015 presents artwork by Tanja Engelberts, Rudi Bastiaans and Erik Kok.
Looking at the financial crisis, Tanja Engelberts shows strangely mirrored views on meeting rooms and executive suites. She creates an opaque world that reflects meetings, business and mergers in finance.
Rudi Bastiaans’ installation is connected to the exhibition space: He works with documents of the Westphalian Peace linked to the foundation of the Netherlands and prints them onto a metallic negotiation table.
Erik Kok introduces two people who present themselves in very different ways – one rather extroverted and the other one rather introverted. Their portraits are printed onto small ceramic bowls and are aligned as if they were huge pixels.
